Cloudy Start
Don't let the morning clouds and slight breeze lull you into a false sense of security: the temperature is going to rise quite a bit as the week goes on. Today should be quite manageable, though. As the aforementioned clouds start to clear up, the afternoon should turn into a nice and sunny affair. Temperatures start at 15 to 17°C, and go up to 24°C at its peak.[1]
24 degrees. Sunday was 25. Monday is 24. Tuesday is the fourth heatwave. 40 degrees. 41 degrees. The weather forecast says: don't let the clouds lull you into a false sense of security. The clouds are not security. The clouds are the last clouds. The 24 degrees is the last 24 degrees. The breeze is the last breeze. Tomorrow the heat comes back. The heat has been coming back all summer. The first heatwave was in June. The second was at the end of June, when the national thermal index hit 30. The third was in mid-July, seven days of yellow alert, apples burning, corn half gone, water levels at record lows. The fourth starts Tuesday. The apples are already burning. The drinking water is already on the orchards. The reservoirs are not built. The lake is full of people. The fires were burning all week. The fourth heatwave is coming. Today is 24 degrees. Enjoy it.[1]
